COMPETITORS' HEARING
NATIONAL SECRETARIES' MEETING
YOUNG SAILORS' TRAVEL GRANTS

A COMPETITORS' HEARING will be held after racing on Monday, 25th June at a time to be displayed at the championship.

The sailors' views on future Championship venues will be sought for decisions to be made by the General Committee at the AGCM on Friday, 29th June.

The V-P Championships is in correspondence over the following venues

2002
Puck, Poland; European Championship week before Kiel Week Tavira, Portugal World Championship first week September - a proposal has been accepted and information will be available.

2003
Melbourne, Australia World Championship - a proposal will made. Greece and San Diego,USA will also be discussed.

The Competitors' Hearing will be followed by the 2000 World Cup (WRL) prizegiving, prizes being awarded to the first 3 teams and the first team both aged under 25 years at December 31st 2000.

A NATIONAL SECRETARIES' MEETING will be held after racing on Wednesday, 27th June at a time to be displayed at the championship. National Secretaries please delegate one of your sailors if you are unable to attend the championship yourself.

YOUNG SAILORS' TRAVEL GRANTS

ALL NATIONAL SECRETARIES please advise your young sailors of the Young Sailors' Travel Grants for teams whose combined ages are under 50 years at the date of the championship 2001. This will be paid at the championship in local currency the equivalent of 100 pounds sterling. Please apply by email or FAX to the General Secretary with evidence of the championship entry fee having been paid. Up to 10 grants are available, maximum 5 to the sailors from any one country.
