If yes should the email list be used solely for this purpose with possibly another self subscribing email list all FD sailors to use.

Q9 should IFDCO arrange for a quarterly "web based conference" so that any sailor can submit questions and receive answers about FD/FD sailing.,possibly with FD officials using webcams?
