Midland Area Championship
Hugh Myers and Gordon Kingston, in a strongly contested championship, managed to
beat David Wilkins and thus gained the trophy which David has won each year since 1991
(and several times before then). Contents
National Championships
Weymouth Sailing Club hosted the National Championship which saw a wide range of
weather conditions. A gallant Hugh Myers decided it was too windy for the last race to be
sailed and was thereby denied the chance to do battle again with the victorious Peter
Weeks and Steve Mummery who had equal points after four races. Contents
Change to Class Rules
IFDCO proposed change to Class rules. "The rule will require to have
sailnumber of the boat in 30mm letters on the transom" See page 5 FD Bulletin Nr143. |
