IFDCO Byelaws - Approved at AGCM -  8 July 1990

APPENDIX VIII
FD WORLD & CONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
NOTICE OF RACE

Note:
Since 1990 the FD Class has made a number of changes to the way Championships are organised. The IYRU is now called the ISAF. ISAF has issued many guidelines relating to the organisation of championships. Furthermore the Racing Rules have been simplified and renumbered.

The Byelaws are currently under review and an updated version of these Championship Rules will be released when approved by the IFDCO General Committee at the AGCM 2004 (See IFDCO Byelaw 1.2.2)

Any queries regarding the organisation of FD events should be addressed to IFDCO VP Championships (see Class Contacts)

NOTICE OF RACE
Items marked X shall be inserted in the ""Notice of Race'' or ""Invitation''. The IYRU at its meeting November 1982 decided that the only Sailing Instructions that can be used at the FD Continental and World Championships shall be the IYRU Sailing Instructions Guide (Appendix 12 IYRU RR).

The IYRU gave approval to the FD class to alter the FD Rules accordingly (see FD
class Rule 120) Yearbook IYRU 1983, Page 125.
