NOTICE OF RACE
1. ORGANIZATION: Spartacus
Sailing Club (SVE),
2. PLACE AND DATE OF RACES:
Balatonföldvár on Lake Balaton,
May 29-31 2004.
1st Race: Warning Signal 9.55
a.m. of Saturday May 29th 2004
Six races will be sailed if
possible. With 4 races no discard, with 5 or 6 races 1 discard. More races
may be sailed the same day.
Min. number of races to
have a valid regatta is one.
On the last day the
latest starting time is 13.00.
3. ADMITTED CLASSES
FD, Soling, Star, 470, Finn.
4. ENTRY
Entry form shall be send to the SVE . Entry fee Euro 100 within May
17th. Later entries 20%
more.
5. RACING RULES
The race will be governed by:
The International Sailing
Federation Racing Rules
The Class Rules, this Notice of
Race and the Sailing Instructions.
In case of contradiction between
the Hungarian and English version, the English is prevail.
The race is considered as
category „B” /App.G4/
6. MEASUREMENT CERTIFICATE
All boats must be already
measured.
7. SAILING LICENCE
Foreign competitors must comply
with their National Authorities about Sailing Licences.
8. SCORING
Low point scoring system will be
applied.
9. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
At disposal of the competitors
by the SVE Race Committee Office from May 28th after 10 a.m.
10. PRIZES
Final prizes proportionately to
the competitor’s number.
11. CONTROL of breaking RR 42
possible.
12. FURTHER INFORMATION
The entry fee includes one free
parking ticket from the day before the start of the race. One T-shirt and
one dinner for each competitor.
