To participate in an international regatta your boat has to show an International Class Fee (Royalty) Sticker. The sticker costs 112.11 Pounds and must be obtained from ISAF,

Usually the yacht yards, contact ISAF directly and deliver the boat with the International Class Fee Sticker. In such a case, the owner of the new FD will pay the sticker to the boat yard.
